2023 Recycled Water Pipeline Project
Newman Construction completed the $8.43M 2023 Recycled Water Pipeline Project in Bluffdale and Draper, UT, installing 4,800+ LF of large-diameter HDPE pipelines using advanced trenchless methods including microtunneling and jack-and-bore. The project highlights our expertise in high-value water infrastructure, efficient coordination in dense corridors, and environmentally responsible construction.

Orem Heritage Park Utility Pipeline Project
Newman Construction is completing a $6.15M multi-utility pipeline project in Orem, UT, installing over 6,500 LF of large-diameter water and sewer pipelines along with extensive storm drain infrastructure and full-depth roadway reconstruction. The project highlights our expertise in managing complex, multi-utility work within congested urban environments.

TBID 24” Transmission Pipeline
Newman Construction completed a $4.47M large-diameter water pipeline project in Taylorsville, UT, installing 6,655 LF of 24” transmission main while managing complex trenching and traffic control along UDOT corridors and I-215. The project demonstrates our expertise in deep-trench and trenchless utility construction in active urban environments.

SLC Vine Street 1300 East Waterline
Newman Construction completed a $2.77M municipal waterline project on Vine Street in Salt Lake City, installing over 5,600 LF of ductile iron pipe, fire hydrants, and a 20” steel casing under a canal. The project highlights our expertise in urban utility work, maintaining service continuity in tight, high-traffic corridors.

Newman Construction delivered a $4.5M subdivision project in South Jordan, UT, installing over 12,000 LF of water and sewer pipelines, 27 manholes, and more than 220,000 SF of roadway and alley grading.
