Newman Construction delivered a $4.5M subdivision project in South Jordan, UT, installing over 12,000 LF of water and sewer pipelines, 27 manholes, and more than 220,000 SF of roadway and alley grading. The project highlights our ability to integrate multi-utility systems with surface development efficiently and with consistent quality.

Located in South Jordan, Utah, this subdivision project involved full utility and grading development across 132 lots. Newman Construction installed 530 LF of 20” HDPE, 2,300 LF of 30” PVC, and 4,985 LF of 8” PVC water lines. Sewer installation included 5,002 LF of 8” to 18” PVC and 27 manholes.

The project also featured over 60,000 SF of concrete alleyways and 160,000 SF of roadway fine grading. All systems were tested and completed on schedule, with 95% of the work self-performed by Newman. At a value of $4.5 million, the work was completed without claims or disputes and reflected consistent quality control.

Newman Construction’s comprehensive delivery model enabled seamless integration of water, sewer, and storm systems with surface grading, setting the standard for high-density utility and infrastructure development.
