Newman Construction completed a $5.12M residential infrastructure project in Daybreak, South Jordan, installing over 5,200 LF of sewer, 8,750 LF of water main, and full roadway and alleyway construction. The project showcases our expertise in turnkey subdivision delivery, managing grading, utilities, and surface work seamlessly.

As part of a residential expansion in Daybreak, South Jordan, this project focused on sewer, water, and road infrastructure for a large subdivision. Newman Construction installed 5,289 LF of 8” PVC sewer, with additional diameters of 10”, 12”, 15”, and 18” to accommodate varying system demands. The team also constructed 8,750 LF of culinary water main and installed over 150 lateral connections.
Full roadway and alleyway construction were included in the scope, totaling thousands of square feet of grading, base, and surfacing work. With a contract value of $5.12 million, Newman self-performed all work and completed the project on time and without disputes. Despite challenging soil conditions, all utility systems were successfully tied in and inspected.
